Harvey Norman

I will give this Harvey Norman 2 stars because we bought a washing machine and the sales person said it would be delivered next day. Well... all day at home and nothing. So at 16:30 asked my husband to call to ask what was happening. The person on the other line could not give us an answer and said my washing machine would be delivered tomorrow. Now... I actually live in Australia where Harvey Norman is from and let me tell you that is definitely NOT the way they work. If they were to be running late or could not make the delivery, someone from the company would call us to advise of such. Oh Harvey Norman in Pula you still have LOTS AND LOTS to learn about customer service.

Total disappointment, we bought some furniture and it was said that it would arrive in two months, it turned out to be more than two months, and the rest of the furniture has not arrived yet for the third month. concerns employees all praise for kindness.

Staff friendly, wherever I met an employee everyone was greeted. They explain everything you are interested in nicely, they have knowledge about the goods they sell. Special praise to Andreja from the audio department

I can't give less than 1 star. The staff is also kind..The goods do not arrive within the deadline you were told, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone and even when you do not receive answers you get feedback on where the things you ordered are. If I could I would give 0 for review.
