Complicated to evaluate this restaurant which is located within the hotel of the same name. I was here in 1989 and thirty years later the atmosphere has not changed at all, which, in some cases is positive, but not in this. The rooms are large and quiet, large tables, comfortable chairs, nothing to say about this but the furnishings could do with updating. Not bad if you ate well but the cuisine is not up to par, we tried numerous dishes, both meat and fish and we did not go beyond mediocre. For example, a restaurant in a 3-star hotel, which receives guests from all over the world, cannot serve green tagliatelle with shellfish completely cooked and dipped in a cream cheese so thick that you have to use a knife. And crustaceans practically absent. All this is definitely not cheap even for those staying at the hotel. Three stars because the service staff is very courteous and helpful.
