Amazing surprise; great choice of food, especially for veggie lovers. Great service, nice ambiance.

I was expecting an extensive response, but to address the first name is presumptuous and says it all, as well as deleting comments. Let the guests know who they are giving their money to! The restaurant was not crowded, the food came cold after almost 2 hours, you depend on the national park, and you are surprised by the higher traffic, you would rather stay rude than admit that you are not right at all. Not worth that money. Order brought wrong and then recycled new with vegetables and mushrooms and the first order. After a nebulous hour and 45 minutes! I quote a comment from one guest: "it would be polite and professional to offer the guest an additional menu, dessert or anything as an apology, and not to arrogantly and rudely charge a full bill and say nothing to our displeasure" and for any omission, whether it is about waiting, rudeness, a cold plate, the wrong food, hair in the same.

We sat in this restaurant hungry, we were told that “we barely got a table” even though the whole terrace as well as the northern part was completely deserted. The waitresses don't know that half of it doesn't exist on the menu, so she came back to say that there was nothing and when we finally ordered what they HAVE, it was vegetarian dishes (breaded vegetables and vegetables with FRESH cheese, burgers and green pasta with mushrooms). So none of this is certainly cooked / baked for more than 10 minutes! The table next to it, for which the guests came after us, was served before, and after an hour and a half, the food arrived. With the proviso that they brought two breaded vegetarians even though we ordered one more expensive variant, so wrong and they didn’t apologize for that. They brought the correct order in no more than 2 (two) minutes - that's how long it took for a handful of vegetables and FRESH cheese to be served. With recycled breaded vegetables from the wrong order, of course. And it was cold! Not to mention that we paid almost 100 kuna per person when added to the drink. When it was necessary to pay, of course they charged the full price, without any apology with the comment of the male waiter (because the silent waitress can't even manage in the discussion, let alone in the menu, so she withdrew) yes, I QUOTE: "What did you expect? you have consumed everything. " Yes, we ate because we were really hungry. They didn’t want to give us anything at least at a discount, nor to treat us to a drink at least for unsalted cold overpaid meals, and that’s a huge omission by a host who doesn’t know how to do his job, arrogantly refusing to listen to guest criticism. If it was crowded for him today, I don't know what it is because or I'm blind - but it's not even crowded! I would give zero if I could, and all because of rudeness or service. Also, even if it arrived on time, this food is not worth more than half the price listed on the menu. Save money and nerves and don’t eat at this restaurant, nor are they cute, nor is the food hot when it’s not already fine. We certainly don’t go back there, maybe it would have been different if they had admitted the omission and apologized for the wait. As if to fail for a small concession that the niche doesn’t cost, but means a lot; I myself worked in catering and it was always important to me that guests leave smiling and satisfied, that the value of what they pay is what they get. Treat the dissatisfied guest - he is coming back! Me, my extended family, friends I know and who I will turn away from you - we will never come! How did it pay off? How can you be rude and not expect a bad review? Maybe other people are sheep and I wonder if other people have complained as well, but bome the whole restaurant resented today for the nebulous unrealistic waiting for simple meals. Everyone was dissatisfied even though some may have kept quiet. Change work urgently, without discussion. How can you not be ashamed to take money without any kindness and apology? The reality is that this restaurant is overrated and the staff is inadequate. And who guarantees that when you return a dish you didn't order, someone else will come to you, and not the same recycled one? Who says that the waiter you ask after an hour - where is the food; you don't spit in the same? Or not to reheat cold dishes in the microwave? I know everything well. And you didn't convince me! EDIT: they delete bad reviews, even though they do business near Plitvice, they are still surprised by the traffic, which was not there that day, at that time, because the restaurant was more than half empty. Almost 2 hours of waiting is cheeky. They don't want to apologize. Shame on you for deleting comments, it would be fair for everyone to know who they are giving money to. This is repeated and do not assure dear people that they have / will change / change, they will still honor you with rudeness. You will not get the value you pay! Also, they suddenly give themselves 5 stars each. Judge for yourself. An ordinary restaurant for mass tourism.
