Unfortuantely, I'm ordering from this retailer only when product is not available anywhere else, for following reasons: 1. If you order 5 things with significantly different delivery dates, you are forced to pay 5 times the delivery cost and have no option to combine all at once...obviously cutting logistic costs on behalf of buyers 2. This store uses DPD which is well known to be a terrible haulier 3. Inaccurate description and likely fake reviewed stuff (no textual review, just "five star" system) 4. Fake Black friday discounts...which is not a rare occasion but still, fake one's deserve to be rated low

Stop using DPD as your courier service! You have yet another unsatisfied customer who got fooled by DPD's terrible way of doing business.

In total I bought 3 items from this shop. A bag, a monitor and a monitor stand. The bag never came, despite being in stock when ordering, the monitor arrived with a defect (something in the screen / a clump of dead pixels on its left side). Only the stand doesnt have any problems

Ordered something two weeks ago, that was supposed to be "in stock at the supplier" and should have been ready for pick-up a week ago. Since then, the availability date in the webshop for this very article gets moved back a day every day, and as of now, earliest pick-up date is in a week. Until tomorrow ... Of course nobody every contacted me about this.
