Super satisfied with the quality of service and how responsive the guys at the repair/service were. My Macbook Pro stopped charging out of the blue so it had to be sent for repair. The guys took a great care of it, communicated clearly on what will be done as part of the initial diagnostics. Apple would be ashamed if one of their actual stores operated like this. Beyond their price gouging, they have terrible customer service despite that being one of the main reason's people purchase apple products.
