I wouldn’t say it’s bad, but I’ve been at better accommodations in Croatia on the coastline. Value/price ratio is definitely subpar, i.e. you can find better accommodations at a lower price. For short stays (1-2 days) they charge 150% of the price indicated on their website, even in off-season time. I also had communication issues with them, and ended up less available rooms for my group than expected. They didn’t show flexibility on settling the bill or giving some compensation/discount offsetting the caused inconvenience. Although they have a masonry/brick barbecue grill in the garden, it was not usable during our stay. On the plus side, they provided an electric grill upon request. Conclusion: this could be a nice place to stay, but we had some negative experiences, and also the value/price ratio is not that good.

This strange year we spent a perfect vacation with the Biondić family, apartments are extremely clean, in a beautiful location, an oasis of peace and quiet, and just a few minutes walk from the city beach. Extremely friendly hosts, always available without exception, we will return safely next summer. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING.

The accommodation is located on a hillside in a quiet street, five minutes walk from the center and the beach. THE TERRACE has a beautiful view of the fortress from the sea. We were welcomed in a clean, clean room, the housekeepers were kind enough to help. I can only recommend.

The accommodation (this is the apartment "2 + 1 D" of several in the house) is as shown in the pictures and consists of a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The terrace is a small highlight of the apartment, even a parasol and drying rack are available. For the equipment of the apartment is good. This extends to a stove with two hotplates, pots, frying pan, dishes, cutlery, tea towels, coffee maker, kettle, sandwich maker. There are shower and normal towels and bed linen. A wardrobe is available. The apartment, the terrace and the complex are very clean and well maintained. There are five parking spaces for cars in front of the house. Internet reception is not optimal everywhere in the building. Reception and check out were uncomplicated and worked well. The location is quiet and you can easily walk to supermarkets, city center and beach bar.
