Really nice spot, the balcony in 1 on a sunny evening 👌, 2 mins walk from old town, local shops nearby for some food/drinks and very reasonable price wise. Highly recommended if you want to save some cash for other elements of your visit whilst not compromising on location or quality

Great place in good location for visiting Split. You must try the special sherry made by the owner. Absolutely lovely drink. Recommended.

It's a very good apartment in Split. The woman who welcomed us was very kind. The room was very beautiful, very cleaned and very confortable. Really one of the best accomodation where I have stayed.

We were reportedly staying in a de luxe apartment. Nothing special. The room is nice, but certainly not de luxe. No heating (only via air-conditioning, which takes about half an hour to warm up the room at least. Bathroom excellent, as in the shared kitchen for all 3 rooms in the apartment. Very low sound insulation so that all sounds coming from the rooms are heard in the kitchen. The view from the balcony to the city is beautiful.
