Kamp Pila

Never more camp is designed for people who don't need to sleep between 23:00 and 5:00. The local beach disco will definitely not allow you, including the people who continue to have fun on the promenade.

Loved the camp, nice place with friendly staff.

It's a nice place to stay, but nothing more than that. We've been there a couple of times as we visited our friends. Camp is clean and well maintained. There are certainly a few things that I miss. The first one that comes to my mind is an onsite market that offers at least basic stuff. Secondly, a nearby bakery. For both, market and bakery you have to make a trip (preferably with bicycle) to the city center to get what you need. For bigger shopping you need to take the car and drive a bit further to reach the supermarket. The nearby beach is nothing special. The first one positioned directly by the camp is a concrete beach, not really fun to be there with kids. The second one is a bit further away; it's a pebble beach which is OK, but really does not offer a lot shelter (i.e. shadow). Not really fun when you have to gather all your stuff and drag it all the way there and at the end also "fight" for the spot under the trees. On beach service is nothing special; a few bars that offer drinks and some basic food. There is also one restaurant; we tried to have a lunch there (at noon), but it took more than half an hour for waiter to get to us and collect the order. Once we got the food (approx. 1h later) it was to salty and almost to cold. But the prices were higher than expected, so it leveled out nicely (sarcastic alert!). Under the line - Kamp Pila is fine to stay at if you are there with the group of friends and don't mind driving around to collect foods and drinks and if you are planning to jump in the water once in a while.

Good on a crowded beach. Avoid camping near the fence where there's the outside way to the beach. It's noisy 24/24
