I am very disappointed with the nonchalant attitude towards the customer order. My dear colleague celebrated my 50th birthday and because of the special nature of that anniversary, I wanted a helium balloon with the number 50. For that, 150kn was paid in advance as part of the 670kn bill. When the payment went I was only informed that these balloons are gone and that the bouquet has been enlarged for flowers plus that ordinary latex balloons will be sent for a fee (no questions and no agreement with me if I want it and no apologies!). So I was brought before the finished act. The arrangements are beautiful, but every florist knows how to look for inspiration on the Internet and do it. In my opinion, a professional and easy approach to the customer is much more important. Do not pay in advance if you decide to order from Florist in Osijek.

For Valentine’s Day I came to the flower shop to buy a bouquet of flowers, the owner and employee had time to smoke in front of the flower shop and they didn’t have time to make a bouquet! I never come again, a big disappointment!
