LONG REVIEW: First, I made a short informative call ahead this afternoon about grilled 'smuđ', which I was encouraged to try as a freshwater fish first-timer. Not even a reservation, just a gentle heads up. Upon arriving, I told the waitress I was the one who called and asked a few questions since so far I was limited to sea food. After some short team work, we concluded a (close to) traditional local sidedish. The 'smudj' was amazing. Everything was prepared with enormous care and made an amazing dinner. I was glad I came by mayself, so I could thoroughly enjoy the food. Waitress Manela was a true professional. The chef got a compliment in a form of a shiny clean plate.
