Extremely rude, complex and ignorant employees (90% of them). This station is a remarkable proof of the contradictory nature of the HR police slogan "security and trust".

Two on-duty police officers at the reception are naughty, unkind, unprofessional. I was looking for a very simple matter, a record to which I was entitled, and for which I was told, among other things, from the same station that I could personally download it. First, they do not want to listen to what you ask them to betray you, afterwards they assure you that this item is not with them without first checking what it is about. After a fight of about 15 minutes and arguing, I still managed to get to the record. The only bright spot is the kind, sympathetic colleague who handed me the record without any problem. Otherwise I don't write reviews for nothing, but they annoyed me so much not with kindness that I had to write this read.
