Well...we stopped because it felt like it was the entry of a temple, with beautiful columns supporting a welcoming wooden roof. The street it's on, leads to a beautiful church tower that we were going to. Till we met Paradise :) It was the mellowness of the music, that got us to sit at the simple wooden tables: old Italian ballads and a tribute to Doris Day. I sang along " ... che sara, sara, whatever will be will be, the future' s not ours to see...Che sara - Sara, what will be - Will Be." It was a very calming, relaxing experience. With great food enjoyed in great company. Loved it. Will be back for the wine collection and the art exhibit that await for us to come prepared for even more beauty. Thank you 💛✨

Beautiful place to sit and enjoy great wine in the shade of the old town walls, lovely service and sommelier advice. Reasonable prices in relation to quality, wine related. Would recommend to wine lovers.

Extremely high prices. I've had dinners in most prestigious cities Miami, New York, Venice, Frankfurt, Chicago and it was not this expensive. Food was average, no olive oil served at all. Waitress refused to accept credit card, they made me go to cash station where I had to pay ATM fee of $7......and when I handed her 100 Euros she shortened it by 20 kunas due to exchange rate, she accept it at 720 not 740 kunas so I had to spend 70 kunas more just because they did not accept cards. People in Croatia have no sense of business at all. No wonder Croatian tourism is in trouble. They want money fast and free!

I was here for 3rd year in a row. Last experience is, that prices are quite higher than expected for this quality. Food was ok, but not very good (average). Pasta sauce was supposed to include schrimps .. but I received prawns instead. Prices of drinks are also high. Probably this happened all over Croatia (touristic places). The good thing is, the restaurant does have fresh fish available and personnel is skilled.
