If you are looking for a realy authentic food and a friendly stuff, this is the place!!✌️The best fish I've ever had. Prices are maybe higher, but for the great meal from a fresh seafood that you yourself will pick, for us that was absolutely OK! Thanks for the great experience😄✌️
We are torn about this place. It was our second time here (4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7). There was a short line at the entry (assuming people stay in line to get in).
Location rating 2 - it looks charming but it is not. At night some stairs are not visible making it hell for parents with children that like to explore places. A stair in the dark here, a wooden stair in the dark there. Behind the terrace there is a barn that looks deplorable. The toilet is not a gem either.
Quality and presentation 2 - NO MENU (why??) the waiter who wore a random tshirt and some shorts explained due to COVID there was no menu. I have to add he wore no mask nor gloves - so this explanation is ... a shame .
So, no menu, great, after 30 min we needed to call the guy to order . He explained they have fish and meet and side dish . We ordered mixed grill ( best guess) and asked him to tell us the price.
For 4 portions of mixed grill side dishes 4 beers and a mineral water we payed 535 KN.
Food was ok, average quality.
Overall, don’t know, some customers were happy others argued with the waiters and cook.
Next time, no thank you. Sorry
I strongly suggest you to stay away from this "restaurant". There is no menu card, the staff will simply tell you some meat or fish meals, you can choose which one do you prefer. The staff will ask you additionally if you want to try "the best proscuitto" of croatia with cheese - for a good reason, because you're going to wait nearly 2 hours to get your meat or fish.
After we got the bill, I saw that they charged 60 Kuna for the proscuitto and cheese - EACH. But at the beginning he was telling me the prices are fair.
Chef is yelling at his employees and arguing really loud with the cook. You feel really uncomfortable only sitting there.
Stay away from this local, trust me, you're going to make yourself a favour.
Stay away from this restaurant, low quality high prices. No pricelist, your bill will be a surprise
Stay away from this place no menu card, prices are very high for average food. Chef is constantly yelling at his staff
