The food was great and all the employees were very friendly. If there was a problem, you just had to tell someone at the reception and it would be fixed very soon. Room service was great, everything was clean. I liked it here

Breakfast and dinner food was unimaginative and bland. No healthy options for small children. Room was big enough for us two (baby and me) but shower was clogged and somewhat dirty. Our beach towel fell from balcony to some platou down under and they didn't pick it up when we told them to, so it got completely soaked from rain and they just returned it like that the next day. Also, there is a lot of obviously fake reviews

We booked this hotel with daily price of 97€ with breakfast. Rooms are half renovated. The room’s door looks like the doors that were popular in ex Yugoslavia during 1980s. They are totally unsafe. Elevators are a bit in bad and smelly condition. The room had nice tv, AC, refrigerator, bed was ok, but all other thins were looking like old socialist hotel. During COVID-19 you are expecting some measurements in the hotel restaurant, but their lack of people, and protection glasses between the customer and food. Basically everyone could spread the virus on the food because protection glass on bread section were just 30cm tall. Another thing is cleaning ladies. Come on, you should not start entering the room at 8AM, and talking loudly in the hallway. People came on vacation to avoid morning stress, and have a good time. Not just waking up early because the hotel’s personnel is not respecting someone’s vacation. At the end if the price was around 50-60 euros, than I would give 4 stars. With this price you can find decent apartment for 4 persons at least. At the end bill was a bit higher, around 10€, but that is fine. My suggestion is to have a look at mobile camping homes, which are beautiful. Avoid this hotel.
