You are expected to: You come to work every day and find real estate to fill their database (on which the contact phone of the 'old' agent is hung, not yours but someone else's, regardless of the fact that you 'brought' the real estate) About 3 months you have no income (that's how much you should, and you have to pay your contributions and have coffee and brunch, get used to it and maybe, if you are capable enough, sell your 1st property) As they say, after 2 ie you may be able to rent an apartment so you get a 1% commission. When asked what the Agency provides to an employee, the answer is: a desk with a computer, an insight into the database (only from the workplace), a lawyer who checks the property and a notary public who handles the paperwork. The commission charged is 6% (3 to the agency and 3 to you). Working hours are flexible (although the agency does not work on weekends, when you work and do not have the opportunity to come to the Agency to solve the paperwork (so much about trust) Btw, while studying and touring real estate with older agents, there is no commission for you (although that agent shows / sells the real estate that you, for example, 'brought' to the Agency) Yes, if you are permanently in the Agency, there is a possibility that you will be given a rent, if none of the older agents is available or interested.
