I booked via Adria Sun from one day to the other. The communication with them was excellent , we talked on several channels with fast (almost instant) responses . They tried and succeed to find me a place to stay in the same property with my friends even if I had to switch. They even tried to offer me a alternative close by for the whole trip. So overall I would definitely recommend them.

We booked the Drazana apartment with them, via booking, months before the holiday. On the day of arrival, the owner looked very kind, but when she saw that we had a small child, she did not like it. She started complaining to the children “don’t touch this don’t touch that” she said there is always a problem with the children and that they “slap” her on the head even though I indicated the age of the children in the reservation. Since a man cannot stay where he is not wanted, my wife and I asked the Adria sun agency to find us another accommodation. Despite the already paid advance in the amount of € 555, they were ready to find new accommodation, only in this case they cannot add the advance payment already paid. So they actually stole the € 555 we had already paid. But my family and I were left to fend for ourselves. Without the help of the agency, we searched for an apartment with a 1.5-year-old child in the evening. Due to unprofessionalism and unfriendliness, we decided to report the agency and the apartment to all competent inspections in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The media on the Slovenian and Italian sides will also be informed. I would not recommend this agency to the enemy either. I have been visiting Croatia for 40 years, first with my parents and now with my young family, but we have never had such a bad experience.

Apartment Drazana is very recommendable for children, the hostess is very nice and very friendly! This is our second time here and, as always, everything is top top top! Very clean and you feel very comfortable and my children love it here! Well worth seeing 😊
