Personnel in the agency could be more polite. Also, everything was a bit cheap. The apartment looked nice (as in the photos), but was very poorly equipped, 1-layer toilet paper, only 1 coffee spoon, no soap, no dish-washing agent, no kitchen cloth, internet connection was barely working ... Try to avoid at all costs! Is not worth the risk to be the one thats gonna stick out.
