Dear If I was replaced by parts that were allegedly incorrect why again the same mistake again? You do not care, it's important that you take the money. Oil and engine failure do not have to do with each other (I hope there is someone normal in the service who understands it). Besides, nobody gave me any insight into new or old parts, and I later saw that they were filling in the service myself that I did not want to see them, even though they were not offered to me. My complaint was made by a free computer test and everything in the old one. Next week I'm going to vacation (outside of Croatia) so I'll give the car a look at their service, give them the tests I've been doing, and look for parts that are allegedly replaced because I just do not believe anything after all. I hope that you will be more professional than these and will succeed in eliminating the failure that they have not been able to detect (or they are, but they will peel you for unnecessary parts to make you feel good). It would be nice to keep up to your customers, like other services and cars, and not to justify the inability and disinterest of your employees. The way you receive a complaint is horrible without a real e-mail and is actually without the right way to contact someone.Catastrophic service.
