The creation of this site was approved by Google Maps on July 13, 2019. From the time of submitting a proposal on this issue, approval lasted nearly two and a half months. The collection of the Franciscan monastery in Imotski is very interesting because of the variety of exhibits and the time period in which they originated. The sequence lasts from okamina, through the Illyrian and Roman times, until our day. It was founded by the parish priest of Imotski Parish Fr. Ivan Tonković, 1897. The collection is located in the informal, though interesting, crypt of St. Francis. Next to it is an interesting lapidarium with a garden. It seems to me that the Collection is difficult to reach the public.
