Long lines which are not moving, despite the fact that there are more than enough tellers. Expect at least 45 minutes of standing in line.

Every time I come to a large queue, and there are enough employees, there are 3-5 of them, but only one counter is open, unkind workers and if they complain, they become arrogant.
