If you need some professional staff or support then avoid visiting this place. Madam Slavica should learn how bank operates and which services are they offering. Some learning before coming to work place definitely could be done!
The worst one in Split!
the worst branch since they rearranged it and reduced the number of staff, the staff that is in the bank is not behind the counter, the counters are empty, you wait even if you are the only client
I've never waited that long. Lack of staff. But the staff at the bank that works is to be commended.
Today I was in this branch on 14.04.20 at 14:20 and asked the clerk to add a small amount of money to me, where she refused me because allegedly they do not have a large amount of even 500kn in the whole branch. It's not that they can't but they won't, there is a vault and of course they have 500 or 1000kn banknotes. I usually raise my salary at an ATM and rarely go to the counter, but I really needed a lot of money.
By the way, I have been a client of this bank for many years, but as soon as this calms down, I run away because I am disappointed with the behavior of the employees.
