The rating is low due to unkind employees, namely they did not change the price and after asking if it was on sale, she said "I have no idea" and went to see it at the checkout. Nor did she apologize but rolled her eyes at my comment that I thought I had seen wrong in the catalog, and the dead cold went from the cash register and sent a colleague. I live near that store and due to rudeness and unprofessionalism I will go to Konzum where the service is much better.
