Best possible customer service imaginable. So flexible and helpful!
Dealing with Ultra Sailing was beyond our expectations. Starting with Marija, her professionalism and helpfulness help us in choosing the right boat and answered all questions very timely and thorough. Riki, our skipper, went above and beyond what we expected from him. He got into some real hidden gems of ports. Plus his meal recommendation were spot on. The boat was in tip-top condition. I don't think I'll ever sail any place else after sailing in Croatia. Nor would I sail with any other company.

Navigation course with a professional sailer
Even though the condition of the charter boat wasn't perfect and had some issues (auxiliary charge, main sail sheet, gennaker hoysting) our instructor Marko Madarevic was able to solve these issues due to his professionalism. Nevertheless he is a great sailor who has a better wind detector on his chin than the meter on the boat. While teaching sailing his first focus is "safety first" therefore he makes sure you will be able to be a skipper of your own. His approach to teach is based on practice. He is also ready to adjust his lessons to the students' need. He deserves respect, he is a true sailor. We had a great time with him and I do highly recommend him!
