Very friendly staff. Marta Mislov in particular made my account opening (although complicated for "non-Croatian citizens") quick, professional and friendly. Such capable employees are a reputation for Erste Bank in Croatia. Would love to come back. (2020) A year later I visited the branch again and this time Lucija Nakic kindly and very helpful helped me to set up an account management app. Another very nice and professional employee got to know and appreciate. I like to be a customer.
