Coffee bar Tonci

The worst service in a long time. Waitresses were just waiting, talking to each other. After first order, nobody ever got back to us. Cake was average, coctails tasted little bit like a chemical. When we wanted to paid, we had to chase the waitress that just had an arrogant smile. This is really overrated restaurant
