Worst service I have ever seen in a bank. Only one employee at the bank where tourists change their money when they come to the island. If a local has a complicated transfer or something else, the employee sometimes needs more than 15 minutes, with several people waiting it will quickly take an hour to wait in the heat because only one person is allowed into the premises due to corona (maybe even 2 if there are 2 employees in the bank. I was lucky that someone with a problem took 20 minutes in front of me and then the opening times were over. I don't even give a bank like this 1 euro as a change margin that treats customers like this. Better to change somewhere else!

There is no break information on the official website. After the break was over, I waited in line for about five people, 10 min, and there was no shift. Such a thing is unacceptable in the heart of the season.

It is a bank of the Intesa Group. Before, she was in the town center, near the mandracchio, but she has moved here to the ferry port for a few years. It is a rather small room with two doors, both working in case of crowds. As soon as you arrive you have to take the "transakcija" note even if there is no customer. The officials were courteous and efficient. For the change you need a document and there are no commissions to pay.
