Wonderfully refurbished open-space bank. The only problem is waiting for your turn as they really take their time with every customer. Which is great if it’s your turn, but not so great if you plan to get something done in a hurry. Often people take more then one number at the entrance not sure which service they need. That slows down everything.

Very fast service

Redomat in that bank is a completely meaningless thing. It is the turn of the people who came far behind me. One gets the impression that the only person who does something in the branch is a security guard - he measures the temperature of the customers.

And when it's not crowded, they wait from half an hour to an hour. Terrible branch. Employees walk and clients wait and there is no end to that waiting.

As far as the branch is concerned, it's ok, but I personally mostly use the ATM, which only works in rare situations here.
