Last week we just moved into a new apartment without much stress thanks to a very professionally done job by the owner of the agency (Nikola). Honestly, I know that we buyers are not always prepared for the stress of buying an apartment, but with you the purchase itself was a real trifle.

I arranged to rent an apartment with a representative and arrived in Zagreb in the morning to sign the contract and hand over the keys. Due to the employment of the representative, the meeting was postponed until after 15:00 with mutual agreement. At 2:30 pm a representative called me and stated that he was not interested in renting my apartment because of the unrealistic rental price. The amount of advertised rent was requested on my part for weeks in advance and was no novelty. Total impression disappointing.

Absolutely for every recommendation, there are not many such professional people available at any moment. Indeed, there is none at all. Well done!
