Nobody answers clients' calls, the bank obviously employs workers who are on break all day, rude to customers and irresponsible.

No one answers the phone for an hour. Update your phone number or hire someone who wants to call and do their job for which they are paid. When you need something urgent, a person can't reach you on the phone, and your working hours are such that you can't reach you on a busy day on a working day ... I was at your bank this morning and agreed on one thing, and in the afternoon it's another story. Damaged by you again! 17 calls were made and no one answered. Ring for a minute and then knock it out
