Old Town Zagreb

The old town of Zagreb is a historic place in Zagreb. The towers and the churches are very beautiful. You can walk around the area. There are many restaurants and cafeterias.

Zagreb has two centers called #uptown and downtown. Uptown is in higher place when compared to downtown with its #historical and old buildings. Downtown is nowadays the center and between these two centers there are less than 10 minutes distance by walk. The structures in the photo are the historical buildings trying to breathe in between modern buildings.

One of the best old towns I have seen.

I did a short visit in Zagreb only one day from Slovenia. The city is not so crowded like other city in Europe. I like it there and the museum of broken relationship is pretty interesting. They collecting the real broken stories from ppl around the world.

I had a fantastic stay at Old Town. The hostel is in a good location, close to everything. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are very clean. But the highpoint iis Jelena, the amazing host, who is passionate about her country and worried about making sure her guests will have the best experience possible while in Zagreb. She's an amazing host, and the hostel feels like the perfect mix of homestay and hostel. Her dog is the cutest.
