Settled a cash loan. Had to come in 3 times. Slow and unprofessional.

It is a shame that in Vrbani, a large Zagreb neighborhood, there is Zagrebačka banka, a bank that has been closed for months. Only the ATM works. There are countless information about the working hours of the branch on the windows of the branch, and nowhere does it say that the branch is not working. There live people who have to do some transactions in the bank. They don't have a car, they have a hard time taking the tram, and they don't use the internet to see which branch is working. Unforgivable, unprofessional and inhumane.
