A rare pharmacy in the city (Prečko) where employees are so inflexible. I generally have very bad experiences with them. My last experience is with Bepanthen eye cream. Until now, this cream was commercially available, and new (only with them) cream can be purchased with a private prescription. I explain to the staff that every year at the time of ambrosia I buy cream, that I travel in the evening, that my doctor worked in the morning, that I only need cream, I do not look for drugs, antibiotics, etc. but she persistently says that the cream is from imports (let me know that imports from EU countries do not exist) and that I need a recipe. I go to another pharmacy and get the cream without a problem, by the way I ask if it is common to sell it like that - YES. Their working hours are up to 20 hours, and if you arrive at 20 hours 10 seconds you can die, but you will not be given medicine.
