The staff are very polite and clearly people who love animals. They took very good care of my pets and were very sympathetic and loving towards them. Doctor Šegota made every effort to save my pets and he was successful in preforming two surgeries on my pet rats. One of those was a very complicated surgery and no one except for him was able to help me. I am very grateful for that.

Staff is professional, helpful and very friendly. Whole experience was amazing and they were really good with my dog. They answered all of the questions with a smile. I definitely recommend this clinic for everyone who wants the best for their pets.

Two years later, and we still miss you all so much!!! To anyone reading this: these vets are AMAZING! To the staff: Evey and Walter are doing great! Merlin passed away about 6 months after we moved (but you helped him live out his days without pain, so thank you so much for this!) Evey is SO fat (in a good way haha), and Walter is 15 now and not wanting to eat as much, but the Vitamin gel that you gave us has helped so much! He got his appetite back and is gaining weight, so thank you for all you did for us! :) We Miss you all and please stay safe! ~Kelsey and Harrison (I’m on a different account so that I could leave you an update. I've found all vets in Zagreb are good and care about the animals but these guys are super. Kind and attentive and helpful. Animals are very well looked after. They speak English, which is great for me. And you don't have to wait long to get seen. Some parking in the street but it isn't always available. Recommended
