We bought tickets from Sibenik to zadar. We showed our tickets to the driver and he told us it was the right bus. In the bus, however, they told us we should get out on the next stop, because the tickets were not the right ones. Apparently there was no other bus going to zadar, so they told us we could get in the bus, but had to pay the full price! There was no negotiation possible. Their mistake became our empty wallets😠.

I was late for the bus because the driver for no reason decided to leave 10 minutes earlier than it was announced in the timetable. No worse!

Tickets purchased online easily and quickly. For all questions telephone contacted and very accommodating there. Driver sympathetic approachable and kind The most comfortable bus ride ever

If I could give a grade of 0 I would give. Bottom line. Kindness non-existent, respect for epidemiological measures non-existent, masks are not worn even by drivers. All seats filled at least shouldn't. Bottom line.
