Luxurious holiday home with a fantastic view + breathtaking sea views from almost all areas of the house + Equipment outside perfect: beautiful pool (relatively deep, a little too deep for me 1.63m little woman with baby), loungers with cushions under the XXL umbrella, terrace and garden with olive, fig tree, juniper hedge, grapevine, rosemary bushes, blackberry bushes the rear, swallow's nest, outdoor grill, large parking area + Equipment inside top: * Kitchen with all kitchen appliances (kettle, espresso machine, toaster, oven, electric stove plate and 3 gas plates, dishwasher, large refrigerator and spacious freezer, plus a lot of accessories, you could theoretically conjure up a 5-course menu for 6 people with ease) * Living room with library in mostly Dutch but also German, board games, fly swatters, insect spray, indoor fireplace, flat screen with DVD player and satellite connection * Bedroom with flat screen TV and DVD player, spacious boxes * 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms (one of them with double washbasin), even with a bidet !, washing machine, hairdryer * tasteful furnishings + the windows can be blacked out everywhere, the air conditioning works well + You can go on extensive walks around the house through pine-lined paths and streets + very quiet location, away from Rabac, which is well visited by tourists + The Internet was, contrary to the description on the homepage, free and worked without any problems a few little things are not so perfect, but don't really bother: - very remote, you need about 20 minutes on a narrow, rather bad road to get to the next supermarket or to Rabac (beach) - the bedrooms smell a bit moldy when the air conditioning is not running and the windows are closed - The division of the house over two floors is a bit cumbersome with a baby and the stairs are relatively steep and slippery - There are no additional facilities at all for small children (apart from the very nice pool), although the owner would have got us a cot or an additional mattress immediately Conclusion: perfect for 2-4 adults or families with slightly older children. Certainly also very nice and cozy in the off-season. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired!
