Villa Karmen

Great Place!!! Very cosy, modern, clean and just perfect for family vacation. The house is in a very good location, in only 10 min by car it is possible to reach supermarkets, bar, restaurants and the beautiful sea coast of Porec. The contact with the owner Ivan was more than perfect, he is not only very fast and friendly but also always super hospitable, which we enjoyed a lot and highly appreciated. Kind regards, D.Comi

We were a group of 11 friends and we couldn’t have picked a better villa to spend out vacation. The house has only 2 neighbors so we were able to play some music without distracting anyone. We are big fans of the new outdoor grill area with a little fridge for drinks. All in all the house was in perfect condition with everything you‘d need. Ivan was a very welcoming guy with cool beer to greet us and he was always there with helpful tips and he even managed to get us help for our flat tire.

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, Villa Karmen is a very good choice! The house is very-well furnished - well-equipped kitchen and living room, table tennis table, volley ball net, plenty of opportunities to sit and relax during the day as well as plenty of seats for enjoying long evenings. Supermarket, next town, beaches and restaurants are easily reachable by car. When we arrived, the fridge was already filled with cold beer and the friendly host Ivan showed us around. Even better: since Ivan is just living in the next city, he knows the best places to go. All in all: very nice stay and highly recommendable!

Great place, beautifull nature.

Great stay in this villa! We were a group of 13 adults and the house has a lot of room for everybody. Beautiful garden and pool perfect for outdoor activities and relax. The villa is outside porec and you definitly need a car to reach it. Ivan is a great host and was really helpful giving us many suggestions about beach and places to go. He greeted us showing the house and offering a cold drink. Looking forward to stay there again.
