We recently had a burglary and the police team quickly found our stolen items. All together only praise. Well done guys and girl.

It takes them about an hour to process even ten applications for personal issue in the regular process, and at least seventy people are waiting in line! I do not understand why such wastefulness and inefficiency! Not to mention that it would be easy to make an AUTOMATE for personal issue, that people do not have to wait for the counter, as only a couple of signatures have to be made, a proof of payment has to be submitted and a picture can be attached, which could be easily done at appropriate vending machine.

That's what I'm doing.
