POLO LINE tourist agency

Booked a flat from them and we had couple of issues with the flat, including some nasty house bugs. We moved out after 2 days and we discussed a discount for the first 2 nights, which we never received. They put their profit over customer satisfaction, also covering house owners who bring them profit. I would not recommend them and I would not want to have something to do with this agency again.

Very unreliable agency. It also operates on AirBnb. Although I made the reservation, the Agency requested additional fees that were not included in the reservation. They use a pressurized method and try to cancel reservations on AirBnb to make a reservation directly through their agency to reduce their costs. In principle, I do not recommend ordering accommodation with this agency.
