Pros: It has the best digital banking, staff is polite and useful. Cons: It is too expensive with too high fees, working hours are bad - not open afternoons and at Saturdays (for years). Now only one day in the week it's open afternoon.

Of this bank above is the only dark age of the Inquisition. The opening hours are really tailored to clients so they don't have to come. Horror
