Most of the bus drivers were nice and helpful, with a few grumpy exceptions. The bus itself was in excellent condition, equipped with air conditioning, radio, footrest, adjustable seats and so on.
Minus one star for the inconvenience the company posed us by deleting the bus ride with which we were supposed to return home, without any warning and without a refund. We only got a coupon for other FlixBus rides. Thankfully there was another ride, so we managed to get home, though this made our holiday rather stressful.
No power plugs, poor social distancing. Clearly not as advertised.
The bus did not arrive at all.. I waited for almost an hour and nothing. No email no sms no notification and the customer service was closed. Absolutely awful I will never recommend FlixBus to anyone
People did not wear mask.
Their buses are modern and comfortable, the drivers responsible (I’ve been on three long trips so far), and my wife and I received absolutely first class customer service at the Zagreb station by both the drivers and the man assisting with ticketing. We were impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness in resolving an online booking snafu.
