Yves Rocher

I have never used Yves Rocher before but was in need of a specific face cleanser so thought I'd try it out. I went to this location with no idea which product was right for me. When I went in, nobody welcomed me or asked if I needed help. The two sales ladies were in a deep conversation so I felt bad when I interrupted to ask for help. I told them what I was looking for and they suggested a few products and when I asked for a deeper explanation on what each does (the ingredients, how it works, etc.) she didn't really know how to answer. She left me with the products and I stood there looking at them for a while not sure what to do. Both sales reps never came back to check on me or ask if I needed more help. They were talking to each other again and again I felt bad for interrupting but asked them for the difference between the products I was interested in, again they gave me general answers (like they just read me the packaging description, which I can read myself!) I decided not to buy anything because I had no idea which product was right for me and I didnt want to spend money at a store with bad customer service and surface level knowledge of their products. Very disappointed because I was excited to try Yves Rocher and am in need of a cleanser!

A kind saleswoman

Very small and not so spacious shop. But, although it is simply small and narrow, you can buy everything you need, ie the entire standard range, here. The saleswoman literally depends on which one you come across, she has one very polite and willing to help, while the other is always grumpy and as if you as her customer are in the last place.
