Great tourist agency situated in centre of town...

Don't travel with Palm! From the total cost of your trip, they take most of the money, and their offer and service are a disaster. We traveled to Egypt, the plane was too late, it was late in departure and even on the return, and that it was reported to us at the last minute, and upon our return they did not contact us at all. The hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel with all inclusive offer, free wifi, free massage, free shuttle from hotel to the city, but none of this was so .. To all our inquiries, they were kind and unkind and would not be recommended not even to the enemy.

From the very beginning of our journey the organization was very poor. The agreed flight from Ljubljana to Hurghada was at 19:30, but they canceled it until 9:30 pm without being notified in time, so we spent all afternoon in Ljubljana, of course, and had additional costs. With that we lost one night and the agreed trip for the next day, coming to the hotel wi-fi which was supposed to be free is not actually existing, we had to pay 3 euros per person per day, which created additional costs for us, the offer also states that one shuttle bus ride to the city is free however we had to pay 20 € in the palm tree offer that the price includes a 15-minute free massage, which we are charged 20 € per person. Eventually, we received a notice from the agency that our return flight was at 3:00 pm but at 9:00 pm we were informed that it had been delayed by 7:35 pm and we had to leave the hotel at 12:00 since Palma employees had not even tried to arrange to extend our stay to 16:00 which means you're left to stay on the road where it's not even safe. I would never travel with a palm tree again or recommend to anyone, and the trips they offer are three times more expensive eg Cairo from the hotel is $ 40 and they offer for 120 €.
