Their real estate ads are only formally published on the Internet because they arbitrarily choose the customers they like and with whom they negotiate a purchase price that is significantly lower than the one required in the advertisement. I am wondering if such a policy advocates their owner, because in such cases the agency realizes a low profit. I mention a concrete case for a real estate that I was interested in and willing to pay in cash at the requested price of the seller, and the buyer who will buy them is not even a caper, nor has any pre-contract entered. This speaks of the lack of professionalism of the agents working in Prima Real Estate Agency. I hope that I will at least help someone with my review to avoid co-operation with this agency.
