Wonderful place to stay. The owners were very attentive and so helpful if we needed anything. The place was very clean and pool was clean too. Nice place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The only downside was end of October is out of season, so most of Sukošan was shut, including restaurants. Definitely deserve five stars for the villa though.

Villa Sunčica is made for the perfect vacation of a larger family or group! The beach is close, all other facilities needed for a pleasant holiday also. The hosts paid special attention to the interior decoration, especially the details, which make this accommodation really special. Pure ten for cleanliness, interior and bait decoration, our recommendation to everyone for a dream vacation!

Villa Sunshine provides all that one vacation requires. Peaceful, beautiful indoor and outdoor space with pool. The beach is 3 minutes from the house, but most of the time we spent home by the pool, the hosts are friendly and we want to return as soon as possible.

Beautiful villa with private pool near the sea This villa is situated on over 900 m2 of large land in Sukošan, a picturesque small seaside resort near Zadar. Just a few minutes walk from this beautiful villa divides you from the nearest beach. A nice private pool is at your disposal. The pool is sure to be the place where you will spend most of your time, as there are comfortable relaxation lounges at the pool and outside dining area with charcoal grill, ideal for preparing and enjoying outdoor dining. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is lovingly decorated with a simple style but with great attention to details. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. A colorful child's room with two separate single beds is also located on the ground floor, together with one bathroom and a separate toilet. The remaining 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and air conditioning are located on the upper floor. There is also a balcony overlooking the sea where you can enjoy watching the sunset. The villa is fully fenced, offers two private parking spaces and plenty of opportunities for relaxation and unforgettable vacation near Zadar.
