The most wonderful holiday home in which we spent the holidays, for us, because we come from areas with a lot of noise, congestion, daily stress, is the ideal house to break from the hustle and bustle, quiet, annoying place, in a good way , quiet, the host is wonderful (I kiss you Ivancica) a gentle man, cleanliness grade 10, the house is equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing, the sea is calm, .To leave the house and go straight into the sea is something dream. In short it was wonderful, I can't wait to go next year too. Kiss you Ivancica.

Wonderful and very friendly owners, they are just wonderful people. The house is also great, especially the position. One of the disadvantage is that the house is divided in two parts, bedrooms are separate from living room and kitchen. So when you want to heat something or bring something from kitchen, you need to always leave the house, its king of bothering especially when you are with a small kid. Another great disadvantage is the villa location, actually nothing is really nearby, not any significant sightseeing point. Zadar is 30 minutes. Nearby village is accessible only with a car, you can to actually even run here or ride bike. The price over 600 Euro for 3 days off the season is I would say a way above the thing, this place can offer. Value over money is here a not an equal. High season of cca 2.5 thousand euro per week. This villa is not suitable for an active families with kids, who must don't want to lie the whole day at the beach, which is actually not a beach but piece of concrete. Silence of the evening while your kid has just fallen asleep is broken by a boats driving exactly in front of the house. The house is not at the open sea but hiden bay, reminds more the lake than the sea. Another point is, that the road towards the house in in terrible condition. Neighborhoods also not so nice. The road is extremely narrow. Many new constructions in the area, so dust and noise. So the conclusion is; who wants to be closed at home the whole week without the possibility of seeing some thing else; this is the house. The rest of the visitors would feel a bit dissaponted.
