While buying an apartment in Sibenik, I have been in contact with more than one real estate agency. Unlike all the other real estate agents from other agencies, the agent Iva Velic from Remax was very professional with helping me with my search for property in Sibenik. She was constantly updating me on the new apartments in the area that were tailored to my needs and wishes which she carefully took note of during our first meeting, while other agents from other agencies in the area never followed up on their promises and I basically had to beg them to send me more information about the properties I was interested in. Most of them never even got back to me… Don’t waste your time and nerves on any other agency. Highly recommended!
