She is highly responsive to communications and explains pertinent details clearly. She shared a lot knowledge about historical and agricultural facets of Croatia. She is lovely to spend time with. We booked a transfer to Plitvice lakes only one day earlier. The booking process was very smooth and quick. Everything was clear with the price and as described in their website (no hidden fees). The driver (Ivan) was friendly and very punctual. I have done long research and I think this is the best service in Zadar.

Terrible experience and total waste of the day. I've booked the Sakarun Beach tour online, a month in advance. Evening before our trip to Sakarun (23:00 in the evening to be precise), we got a call from the agency that the trip is cancelled due to bad weather and we were asked if we want to go to Kornati tour instead. We really wanted to see Sakarun, so we asked for refund, thinking maybe we will find another company that would take us there. The woman from the agency offered to come to our apartment to give us the refund in cash, and when she came she kept insisting we go to Kornati boat tour instead and that it is the same price of Sakarun tour (330k), but she would give us a discount due to the inconvenience caused. We went into town anyway to see if anyone else would take us to Sakarun, only to be told that only one company in the whole town of Zadar does Sakarun tours - and only on Tuesdays! Arbiana excursions and Romeo and Juliet are the same company and they deliberately sold tickets one month in advance for the tour they never had in mind of doing! We were quite desperate after that and decided to go to Kornati tour as they kept insisting that we go, they gave us 30 kuna discount per person, which is absolutely nothing for the stress caused and the tour itself is definitely not worth it, having in mind we were told that our tour is cancelled because of the weather. Pure lies. 3 hours on the cold boat, cheap sandwich, lunch was only so so, some people were given a couple of meat chops (while everyone else got just one piece) when we asked for more - we were told: you could've asked earlier! Most of the crew was rude, and also the toilets were a nightmare. You couldn't even get inside - they were so tiny and disgusting, and there was no hand soap, I said to a member of staff that they are out of soap, and they replied that they have replaced it while we were having lunch in the restaurant. When boarding the boat I went to the toilet again - no soap again! I asked the staff for some soap and they went looking for it for 15 minutes, then came back saying they don't have any left. One of the staff went to the restaurant asking for them to borrow some soap, and then the restaurant didnt have any, so the second crew member went looking for soap in the restaurant as well. Absolute joke. Spend your money somewhere else as you only get 2 hours on the island and it really isnt special.

Amazing. We couldn't have asked for more. Our tour was organised on very short notice, our guide was just sensational and our trip to the lakes in the snow nothing short of magical. Fantastic company, don't hesitate to use them😃👍
