Very unprofessional. When concluding a contract, they say that they are an agency that has insurance in case of extraordinary circumstances, and when extraordinary circumstances occur, they take a commission for the return of funds. In addition, in the contract under point five, they state that they will "return the amount paid to the Traveler (without compensation)". And they are still rude when they see that they are wrong.
