Awesome web shopping experience. Although the delivery time is 2-5 days (sometimes they used to be shorter), we have waited for more than 2 weeks. It was apparently sent only after our inquiry, what about it because then, just as crazy, some two automated emails plus one “hand” arrived without any excuse. The shipment arrived packaged quite unprofessionally. Imagine ordering a cabinet and it comes in a box packed like a super toy and your kids have fun. Magic Baby is seemingly cool, but on the inside someone is doing it on a desperately amateur level.

I ordered Mina moon feeder on 12/31/2019. And it says on the page that delivery is up to 5 business days. I heard the online support three times (after 10 calls they mostly manage to answer) and was told 3 times to send the feeder immediately, but today is 23/01/2020 and I still have not received the feeder. This is really frivolous and unprofessional. I'm totally disappointed with this lie and drag!

She bought a crib and a mattress at Avenue Mall, duly paid and agreed with the lady who works there that she would be transported to the office in Šibenik in 2-3 days, more than two weeks had passed, with my constant chatter to eventually delivered the wrong mattress and with the question of whether I would still take this mattress so it didn't have to go back, of course I didn't want to and now I'm still waiting for that mattress I paid for to arrive 'who knows when. Then I called the trolley station where it was said that there were 30 of them in stock, I came to the office to order the trolley and they order properly after a week of my calling where almost no one ever answers the phone and finally they answer once, that they are not present at all and it is not known whether they will come on the market again. Zero points, it never occurs to me to buy or order anything there.
