Horror from the bank! I can't wait to turn it all off and leave that bank! No one ever answers the phone! Getting a loan from them is like waiting to win the lottery! And the best of all is ... here, recently I went to the bank to withdraw 200kn from the account and they charge me 1.20kn because I don't have any package with them in the bank! Hello..why! You charge the bank user to withdraw his money..catastrophe !!!!

As an Austrian, they don't give me an account, even though I have a second home in Croatia. Only if I open a business account. Very rude and listless in Opatija. But well, I can also deposit my money with another bank!

Disaster. Not just this branch but the bank in general. On two accounts in the same name and the same iban in the same branch (current and trades), a debt of HRK 30 for maintaining a current account that is not used is sold to a debt collection agency and unable to call, while the other duly removes mega commissions and call for every k ... c. In addition, the agency, apparently of illiterate background, does not know what or how much they charge, or what IBAN looks like. I'm sorry there are no 0 stars so I have to give them this one

They did not accept that I make withdrawal at the counter to be able to benefit from a withdrawal with less commission but rather go to the ATM bank which is the worst..all simply unacceptable, a pity that we can not put ZERO
